Dr. Nicole Thomas

Dr. Nicole Thomas is an Arizona transplant who graduated from The College of Idaho and completed her education at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago Illinois. After practicing in downtown Chicago for over a year, she moved her family back to Idaho for four years before moving closer to her parents in Arizona. Making the move to a warmer climate, she enjoys checking out new restaurants and travelling with her wife Kelly and their son Roman.

 

Dr. Thomas is thrilled to expand her career by opening Gaze Optometry. Her clinical interests include working with kids, myopia control, dry eye therapy, creating personalized treatment plans, and making sure her patients leave the office feeling cared for.

Dr. Marisa Beebe

Dr. Marisa Beebe grew up in beautiful Southern CA and then attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in history. She then received her Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in 2006. She moved to AZ right after graduating and has worked in commercial and private practices here in AZ since.
 

Dr. Beebe is married to her husband Jonathan, and they have two amazing, funny, and sweet boys — Carter and Caden — who are the joy of her life. In her free time, Dr. Beebe enjoys kickboxing, lifting weights, swimming, biking, hiking, and spending time with her boys. She especially loves working with kids and looks forward to providing care for patients in a laid-back, fun, and cheerful environment with Gaze Optometry.

Dr. Lindsey Perry

Dr. Lindsey Perry grew up in a small town in Central California with cowboys and agriculture. She attended Brigham Young University Idaho where she graduated with a BS in Health Science. She then attended Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ to complete her Doctor of Optometry.

She got married while in optometry school to her husband Brandon, settled down, and had two wonderful girls, Kenzie and Lilly, who always keep things fun. The Perry's love having family movie nights and finding local bakeries to try new treats.

Dr. Perry enjoys working with kids and creating a good rapport with her patients while attending to their eyecare needs at Gaze Optometry.

Dr. Inga Fors

Dr. Inga Fors earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She has completed externships in Vision Therapy, Pediatrics, and Neuro- Optometric Rehabilitation in Chandler, Arizona and an Ocular Disease and Primary Care externship at Malcolm Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Fors is a member of the American Optometric Association, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, and The Lion’s Club. She volunteers for school and sports vision screenings and has served on medical mission trips with Student Volunteer Optometric Service to Humanity (SVOSH) International to provide eye care in third- world countries, including Mexico and Costa Rica.

In private practice since 2017, Dr. Fors has worked in Primary Care and specialties including Neuro- Optometric Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Vision Therapy, and Ocular Disease. Her passion is Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation, and she has practiced, given educational lectures, and trained staff in Phoenix and Northern California on Neuro- Optometric Rehabilitation and Vision Therapy. Dr. Fors is completing fellowship work for the Neuro- Optometric Rehabilitation Association and The College of Optometrists in Vision Development.
