• Decreasing the risk of progression of nearsightedness in children aged 5-18.

• The doctor will identify the problem, discuss and prescribe treatment options with parents, and follow up on the progress of treatment. Included follow-ups will be at 1, 3, and 6 months.

• Continued follow-ups every 6 months with an annual cost of 0-0.

Comprehensive Eye Exam $95

• Optomap retinal imaging included

• Eye health evaluation

• Updated spectacle prescription

  • With 90 day follow up

• Dilation (when necessary)

• Referral to a specialist (if needed)

Specialty Contact Lens Comprehensive Eye Exams $125 to $155

• Optomap retinal imaging included

• Updated color, toric, monovision, multifocal, or spherical soft contact lens prescription

  • With 90 day follow up

  • Trial contact lenses

• Updated spectacle prescription

  • With 90 day follow up

• Dilation (when necessary)

Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lens Comprehensive Eye Exams $180 to $210

Emergency Office Visits $85*

• Call to schedule if seeing sudden changes in vision, eye redness, eye swelling, eye trauma, and/or potential eye infections. 

* Additional fees may apply if further testing or procedures are done to manage or treat condition.
