Myopia Control $500

Decreasing the risk of progression of nearsightedness in children aged 5-18.

The doctor will identify the problem, discuss and prescribe treatment options with parents, and follow up on the progress of treatment. Included follow-ups will be at 1, 3, and 6 months.

Continued follow-ups every 6 months with an annual cost of $200-$250.
Contact Lens Training Class $25

This class is required for all first time contact lens wearers and for those who need a refresher. Learn how to insert, remove, and take care of contact lenses.
Emergency Office Visits $85*

Call to schedule if seeing sudden changes in vision, eye redness, eye swelling, eye trauma, and/or potential eye infections.
* Additional fees may apply if further testing or procedures are done to manage or treat condition.
